Please note that for all orders delivered on our preferred date delivery service we are unable to cancel an order within 72 hours of the quoted preferred delivery date.
Please inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival and note that tree sizes can be 6″ either way of your chosen height.
Any Pictures or descriptions made or referred to on our website or in further communication with your self are representative only and we cannot guarantee your order will look precisely as described, as such no warranty as to appearance or dimensions can be provided nor is given.
Tracking your order & taking delivery
You can track your order by contacting our contact email address or quoted phone numbers for up to date times for delivery.
Changes to Delivery details:
Where possible we will seek to alter the delivery details of your order should it become apparent to you that there is a problem with the details you have provided. Where the requested change is a change of delivery address this will need to be made in writing and from the original email account ordering the products.
Cancellations:
Should you wish to cancel an order the following will apply:
Where a cancellation request is made before 2 working days of your chosen delivery date no cancelation charge applies. Where a tree has been cut specifically for the order we are unable to offer any refund.
If an order is cancelled within 2 working days of your chosen delivery date no refund is available.
Refused products:
Unless and until genuine good cause can be shown why a product has been refused, taking into consideration our delivery terms and conditions and the foregoing there shall be no refund as our products are perishable items which cannot be resold nor replaced.
Measurements:
All measurements in respect of trees height and/or width are guides only and are not guarantees. The tree height may vary by up to 6″ from the height stated and the widths are approximate indications only, based on past experience. As these are natural grown produce it is not possible to guarantee the height width nor weight of any of our goods.
Cut tree measurements are taken from the but to half way up the leader.
What to do if you have received defective goods (excluding Real Christmas Trees):
If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please contact us on 07896 733754 or harry@natural-christmas-tree.co.uk immediately upon receipt due to this being a seasonal and perishable item. We will endeavour to respond to you within 12 hours.
We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any agreement made pursuant are subject to the application of English Law and any cause of action lies solely with the Courts of England and Wales only.
